I just had my roof replaced with The Roof Mentors. There are so many companies out there. All of them have really good and some bad reviews so it can be scary making a choice. I inquired with three companies and decided on The Roof Mentors. My entire experience was what you would want from a company you are making a big investment with. From Josh who came out and inspected my roof and sat with me to discuss the entire process. to Nick who was the project manager and was keeping in contact throughout our bad weather that kept pushing the replacement date out, but I never felt forgotten. To Brandon who was on site with the crew, super responsive and even let me know I had a delivery left on my front porch! The crew was respectful of my property and the cleanup was great. The invoice came through in a timely manner and then the email with my warranties as soon as payment posted. I didn't really have to reach out to them, they were always spot on. Highly, highly recommend this company.
