Sunternal

We decided to hear the pitch about switching to solar after our neighbors got their panels, and we're so glad we did! Patrick was very courteous and patient, explained everything thoroughly, made sure to set us up with realistic expectations, both about timeline and finances, and made sure we had his direct contact info so we could reach out at any time with additional questions or concerns. Whenever I've had questions, no matter how busy he is, Patrick has always gotten back to me on a timely manner, which instills confidence in this company. I love that we will own these panels outright with no early payoff penalty, as well as the warranty that come with them. The app allows us to see how the panels are doing and how much they're producing. I've been telling everyone I know about this company - we live in the desert, let's take advantage of all this sun, it's there anyway! I'd rather pay for my renewable energy production than put more money in PNM's pockets.

Thank you to everyone associated with the solar purchase and installation provided through Sunternal. Patrick Digiacomo was extremely pleasant and professional during the informational/purchase phase. I must reach out and compliment Nate and his crew on the installation. They were prompt, considerate, efficient, and clean. Their work is exemplary! Thank you all for your professionalism throughout the entire process. It is, as my dad used to say, rare as hen's teeth.

Patrick digiacomo went out of his way to go to bat for me in securing my Nm solar rebate, even though he was not involved in the project himself. He made what could have been a very frustrating process work for me and got me the rebate. He was willing to listen to my concerns and took the necessary steps to help me finish the project. Such a professional employee who really made his company look good. Thank You Patrick and I would highly recommend working with this company and Patrick.

Sunternal has a system that takes you from sales to an installed functioning system without stress. They do exactly what they say and keep within the timeline they promise. Progress is seamlessly coordinated between financing, sales, installation, the public utility inspection/hookup and every detail along the way. Our sales person was available at all times and would respond promptly with answers to questions we might ask. Our system has been operating for a few months at its full capacity and we are satisfied. We recommend Sunternal. I'd like to give a shout out to our sales rep Giovanni who is one of the best. His knowledge and honesty convinced us to go with Sunternal.

We are so happy that we decided to go with Sunternal for our conversion to Solar power in our new home! From the beginning our consult with Russ was great! He is so knowledgeable and honest that we felt great working with him. The team of installation guys were great and very kind. They worked quickly and had everything installed properly in less than one day. Our power bill is down every month by literally hundreds of dollars. We also love that we are doing our part in reducing our carbon footprint! This was by far the best investment in our home and our savings account is thanking us! -The Millers
