Rocky mountain solar did two projects for us, as well as a remove and reinstall after hail damage a year ago. Definitely very happy with their work. Jake and Larysa were great at communicating and stepping us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking into adding solar to their home. Their work is noticeable better than other solar installs we've seen around our area with hidden critter guards that are not prone to hail damage, as well as electrical work that was done very professionally avoiding any runs that would be distracting from the front of our homes.

After speaking with 7 or 8 different solar companies about their installation process and getting quotes, we ultimately chose RM Solar, and we’re very glad we did. What set them apart was their clear communication and genuine interest in understanding our goals. Jake, in particular, really listened to what we wanted to achieve and never once tried to upsell us. Larissa, the project manager, kept us informed and was always helpful.We signed our agreement in September 2024 and scheduled the installation for April 2025. Everything stayed right on schedule, and Jake reached out in advance to confirm the dates very professionally and reassuringly.The installation team was fantastic. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up thoroughly inside and out; you wouldn't even know they had been here. The wiring was neatly run under the panels and into the attic, all sealed properly. This summer (2025), we've had some major storms and flooding, and I checked the attic—no leaks at all. With the wiring inside, it's protected from the sun and weather, and the result is a clean, professional look on the roof.I highly recommend RM Solar. They might not be the cheapest option out there, but the level of care, attention to detail, and quality of work make the price more than fair. You do get what you pay for, and in our case, I feel like we got even more. Four months after the installation, Jake even followed up just to check in and see if everything was still working well. That kind of service is rare. Already, we are building up credits to pay for the electricity in winter when there is less sunlight.
