Bad experience with this company. Backed out of the contract and was never told I needed to file a form to do so just figured it was done and over with because that’s what the employee made seem like. A few weeks later another employee called asking why I decided to back out, if it was something they could’ve done better. Just replied I had just decided not to go through with it. Then, another few weeks went by and I was getting call after call about installation? So I finally called back and told them I had already backed out a few months prior. They asked who I spoke with. Gave them the name and they said that employee was never with them, even though I had texts to prove he was. I was then told I either had to go through with the installation or pay $5,000+ to cancel due to them already get permits and what not. Long story short, I didn’t it have that kind of money and proceeded with installation. Was offered a $1,000 check for my troubles and agreed because i really had no choice. Time went on and was supposed to receive my check after installation and that never happened. Was supposed to receive it AGAIN after inspection and no one showed up that day even after calling all morning to see if I was still on the schedule for that day. Never received a call that day or the day after. So would not recommend this company at all. EVER. !!!!!!! ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!
From start to finish, Monique went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the process. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and always helpful. It’s rare to get customer service like this anymore — highly recommend working with her!
