I liked what I heard and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, so we decided to book a consultation.Nathan came to our home for the initial visit, where he explained more about the company, how they operate, and gathered our energy information, including costs and consumption. A couple of days later, Steven followed up with a very well-prepared proposal. He walked us through the project in detail, explaining the installation process, the quality of the panels being used, warranty coverage, and what our current and future electricity costs would look like if we went solar.Steven also reviewed financing options, both private and CEIP, and most importantly, clearly demonstrated what our net monthly cost would be (energy usage + credits - solar panel payment). This was the key information we needed to make an informed decision. I really appreciated that he was straightforward, knowledgeable, and professional—no runaround, just clear and transparent explanations.
