I purchased a Franklin battery from Justin at Hooked On Solar, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Justin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including assisting me with the rebate paperwork. The survey and installation teams were punctual and professional.The installation crew truly went above and beyond—crawling under my house to run the conduit so it wouldn’t be visible along the exterior of the home. It was not an easy task, and I’m extremely thankful for their extra effort and attention to detail.
I am extremely happy with Hooked on Solar and how smoothly the installation of a solar battery went. I live in an HOA community and they helped get it approved, did all of the permitting required and did the installation in 1 day with 3 installers. The conduit from the battery to the battery control box had to be run on the side of the house, but they painted it to blend in.I am very happy with the Franklin battery and the app which monitors my usage. After the installation, they scheduled a training session on how to set up and use the Franklin app.The biggest issue was getting the City of San Jose her to do the final inspection - it takes at least 2 weeks.With the documentation provided by Hooked on Solar, I was able to apply for get approval of rebate from San Jose Clean Energy (about $1,800).

Every employee that came to our home was very knowledgeable and did a exceptional job. Ashlee Hanh was our solar representative and was so helpful. I emailed or called her numerous times when I wasn't quite sure what to expect and she was always thorough and clear and was a great support person.
