Worst solar company ever! I've purchased multiple solar systems and they are the absolute worst. I had to use them with the purchase of a new home. They were way more expensive than others. The products they used were fine but their service is horrible. I received an email that my system was underperforming. They found my system wasn't communicating. I called their service department and they told me I didn't have a warranty. I had to go through three tiers of customer service and send them my contract for them to agree that I have a warranty. They said I had to sign an agreement to pay in the case that it was caused by physical damage but hat otherwise it would be covered by warranty. They got it communicating. Sent me a bill for $580 and refuse to acknowledge my warranty. I'm disputing it with BBB. They have multiple class action law suites against them. Stay away from them if you want someone that stands by their work.
Amazing experience from beginning to end! Jason Quejarro took the time to explain all our options and made the process simple and stress-free. The installation team was on time, professional, and did excellent, clean work. The solar and battery system is running flawlessly, and we’re already seeing the savings. Highly recommend this company and their team.
Eli Gutierrez was phenomenal. When he came to my door, I could not turn him away because he was so personable. He walked me through the process and what it would look like. I've always wanted solar, but could not really figure out how to go about it. Too many fake sales people with unrealistic gimmicks. Eli was genuine and immediately made himself a part of the family in the way he interacted with us. When we finished the process, he even came to my house and helped me clear out the space where the controls will be placed. We are almost done and so far I'm loving what I see. Eli and his family are invited to our annual Thanksgiving celebration. Thank you, Eli.
Out experience with Sunrun has been exceptional from the first contact. We had explored solar in the past and had several concerns. Luckily for us, our sales representative Amy was able to address every issue and explain that Sunrun had overcome them . Once a thorough inspection process was completed and our roof and electrical system reviewed, we moved quickly through design and approval. Throughout the process we were updated by Amy and were pleased with all communications from the Sunrun team. On installation day the team showed up on time and performed all work in a professional manner. They obviously have great pride in their work and it shows in the completed system. As well, the work area was completeky cleaned up and looked great. We are now waiting to get gateway approval and to be proud customers of Sunrun, leaving the grid and enjoying power without interruption due to our battery backup. We highly recommend Sunrun and give every person we have dealt with a 10 rating!
Eli Gutierrez is very nice and i am happy to work with him. I live in Woodland CA. He helped me every step of the way. Happy with my 2 Tesla Batteries/Span setup. i also enjoy having the peace of mind with Vivint Smart Home. Eli helped me set up my SunRun/Tesla/Span apps after the installation. I am glad i went solar with SunRun.
