Reviews mention professional conduct, clear package presentations, and consistent follow-up to questions. A recurring positive theme is helpful communication during the evaluation phase. One critical review raises concerns about deposit handling and the order of utility checks before site visits. Overall ratings trend positive but highlight the importance of clarifying process steps and fees upfront.

Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with our solar installation, Chris was a total professional. His package presentation was informative and easily understood. He contacted us over several days to answer all our questions and remained responsive to our changing plans.
They will take a deposit of $1500 from you, send somebody to check your roof BEFORE they check with the utility company to make sure it's even possible to install solar panels onto the grid from your location. If you can't, like my house, they return $1100. That's $400 completely wasted for literally nothing. Common sense dictates REACH OUT TO THE UTILITY COMPANY FIRST, which would cost both sides nothing. But common sense hasn't taken root here yet. Other competitors told me they would refund the entire amount. So watch out for that.
