(Based on 10 reviews)

Reviews mention professional conduct, clear package presentations, and consistent follow-up to questions. A recurring positive theme is helpful communication during the evaluation phase. One critical review raises concerns about deposit handling and the order of utility checks before site visits. Overall ratings trend positive but highlight the importance of clarifying process steps and fees upfront.

Hey! I came across your business online and really liked what you’re doing. I also noticed you don’t have a website yet.

I build clean, modern websites for small businesses — fast and affordable. I can even give you a completely free preview (ready in 1–7 days) so you can see how your site could look before deciding anything.

Feel free to message me for more details or if you’d like a quote!

Regards – Krish

Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with our solar installation, Chris was a total professional. His package presentation was informative and easily understood. He contacted us over several days to answer all our questions and remained responsive to our changing plans.

They will take a deposit of $1500 from you, send somebody to check your roof BEFORE they check with the utility company to make sure it's even possible to install solar panels onto the grid from your location.

If you can't, like my house, they return $1100. That's $400 completely wasted for literally nothing. Common sense dictates REACH OUT TO THE UTILITY COMPANY FIRST, which would cost both sides nothing. But common sense hasn't taken root here yet. Other competitors told me they would refund the entire amount.

So watch out for that.

Frequently Asked Questions

An initial consultation can often provide a preliminary estimate using your address, roof details, and electricity usage. A site visit may be recommended later to confirm measurements and conditions before any final proposal. Ask what is required at each step and whether utility checks occur before a visit. Clarify any fees tied to site assessments in advance.

Basic proposals are typically prepared within several days once your electricity bill and roof details are available. Timelines can vary based on data completeness and utility requirements. Confirm when you’ll receive a draft and any follow-up calls to review options. Evening availability can help with scheduling.

Request a written outline of any deposits, what they cover, and refund conditions. Ask when utility interconnection checks are performed in relation to any paid steps. Ensure you understand what happens if your home is not eligible to connect. Keep copies of all terms before authorizing payment.

They can discuss current provincial or local programs relevant to solar and how they might apply to your project. Availability and value of incentives can change, so ask for the most recent guidance. Bring a recent hydro bill to help estimate potential benefits. Final eligibility is determined by program rules.

Have a recent electricity bill, approximate roof age, and any shading details ready. Photos of your electrical panel and roof can speed up the review. If you have renovation plans, mention them since they may affect system size or timing. Ask for a summary of next steps after the call.
