Didn't complete the job (update: job was finally finished 5 weeks after inverter was instaleld); not to be trusted.I hired TSP to replace my inverter. The installation went fine, but they still have not provided the data card they promised for online monitoring. It's now 4 weeks after the job, and they stopped responding to my emails.The rep also insisted that my inverter failed because I am not maintaining the outdoor system as a tactic to sell me a maintenance plan. However, I had already done my research and knew this wasn't the cause of the failure.While I am still waiting for them to finish the job, I ran into a neighbour who was also misled by TSP. The same rep shut off their inverter in an attempt to get them to replace it unnecessarily. My neighbours realized days later that TSP had turned it off and all it needed was a reset.
Toronto Solar Power is a great company to work with. They helped me out when my old solar system stopped working and they were very responsive in identifying the problem, getting it fixed quickly for an affordable price! Their team is very professional! Highly recommend!!

Our system is working exactly as it should. Including how it works, how to maintain it, and what to expect going forward. We also took the 10 Years Maintenance Program. Excellent service, their engineers are very professional, not just about sales . Provided a customized solution for my business. and was able to address all my safety concerns with regards to roof structure and the safety of my electrical appliances. They also offered a 25 years maintenance service, unlike most companies.
