I am super disappointed in this company Richie sold us the solar panels never once reach out to us once he got his money there was so many issues and problems our world Energy didn’t bring the right techs to come to my house they had to drill into my home I didn’t sign up for that I hate our system I am not happy at all but I have to live with this Mistake!!!! Please don’t go with this company at alll please go somewhere else. I haven’t got a call back or text it sucks I wish we did our research about this company and the shity thing is we are still paying $100 + on our electric company and solar company too so I didn’t ever save us money it’s just a huge headache I don’t want you to go thought this same situation
Peak has been wonderful and their partner Our world energy!!! We had Richie come out and speak with us, went over things for hours and was able to get us an amazing deal, very happy with our choice in solar. We were going to go through a program when we bought our home and through that we knew it wasn't going to cover anywhere near what we normally use within a year. While talking with Richie, he understood and went over past bills and figured out how much we would need. And for a cheaper price going through the hopper program in the long run. Almost the same amount of money for a smaller system. If your thinking of going through someone, think of them!!!!
