We have tried numerous attempts to make contact with Alex - the owner of Solar Pros with phone calls and emails. Roofer reached out to Alex personally as well without any contact. We were very frustrated with his lack of concern to customers who made solar panel purchases from him.

Alex, himself, has no customer service skills and leaves customers hanging!! When attempting to follow up in numerous phone call(s), his receptionist would always respond to us we were next on the call list or he was in a meeting. Not once did we receive a call back from Solar Pros.

I met with Alex V. Who came to our door. He was very polite and professional! He also was very knowledgeable about the products and services his company offered. We agreed on the solar system he designed for our home. Including a new roof and an upgrade to our electrical panel all in one. Very convenient! He, his company did what he said they would do. The Solar Pros team, starting with the owner Alex and Carlos, the rep I dealt with regularly has been fantastic to work with. My knowledge of solar is basic at best and as far as I can tell Solar Pros has been straight with me from the start. I was shocked when I read numerous negative reviews. There has been nothing negative about my experience. My system is now up and running and the process did take longer than anticipated but I am sure the delays cannot be laid at the door of Solar Pros. The cause of my delays were due to the Historic Review process required in my neighborhood. Carlos and I were on the Historic Review people from the beginning and they were very unresponsive, especially the supervisor in charge. They were impossible throughout. But, we finally got through the reviews and both Solar Pros and TEP have done due diligence and as noted my system is in place and operating. As stated in other reviews questions remain. I have not received my first post-solar bill from TEP so I am not sure if promised savings will materialize. I do track the Solar Edge (manufacturer) app and it tells me I am generating more energy than I am using. Hopefully this will be reflected in my TEP bill. Other older reviews took issue with the maintenance responsibility but I have faith in Alex and his team that they will take care of any problems that arise. The install team did a great job at my house! So, the bottom line is I am thrilled that my home is now powered by solar and I highly recommend Solar Pros to anyone in the Tucson area contemplating this venture.

Carlos Garcia has been very helpful in making our household get solar energy. Even to helping locate papers that were filed away "somewhere" here by my husband, who now has dementia. Carlos has gone above and beyond what anyone else would have done, and I appreciate his help and kindness. It's all installed now, just waiting for the city to complete their part. I am looking forward to having the solar energy and lowering our horribly high electric bill.

Install the system in our house over 3 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Customer service was top notch making it easier to schedule install which went great. I haven’t to place an repairs so far (fingers crossed). The sales rep was very helpful from the initial meeting all the way to install making sure we understood everything. The system works great, our electricity bills have vastly decreased. Setting up maintenance visits have been easy. If we have any questions it’s still easy to reach out to them. If you want honest salespeople and the right system installed for your house, go with Solar Pros AZ!
