I'm glad others have had a good experience, but the current staff has been completely unprofessional and incapable. Service technician wasted entire service call walking back and forth to his truck (I have video) and accomplished nothing, yet billed for service not rendered. Company has repeatedly failed to return calls from vendor (Enphase) to follow up on open case. Supervisor Jeff lied to my face and assured me he'd get to the bottom of it, then simply dropped the matter without follow-up. Repeated calls and emails to admin staff have gone unanswered. Seemingly just another sketchy Solar outfit, unfortunately.

I would like to thank 2 people before I review the company itself, Kevin (marketing & sales) who answered my call & used up quite a chunk of his time answering all my questions, listening to me vent my frustrations and reassured me that The Solar Store could help, thank you! Areil, at ext. #7102, you are amazing. I so appreciate your kindness, the information you were able to provide gave me such peace of mind. After years of confusion and a fortune spent trying to navigate solar, I finally had a seamless experience with the Solar Store. The 2 calls I made today was a total game-changer, with such clear and helpful guidance, the patience, to walk me through every detail in regards to inverters, new technology and switching over monitoring, I was 100% confident I was making the right decision. I was given an upfront price for a new inverter instal, and it was a fraction of the cost of the previous quote. Communication was seamless & honest - I am absolutely thrilled I was referred to The Solar Store. If the communication by phone is indicative of their service I have made the right choice. Kevin, Areil, thank you for turning this around. I look forward to being "adopted"!

Fortunately employees of the Solar Store were working in my neighborhood the day I called the office. Michelle was kind enough to have them fit me into their daily schedule. My loose panels were tightened down in a few minutes.

Great, as always! The technician came on time, was very professional and courteous, described what he was doing and pointed out a potential problem they will deal with in the spring when commissioning the system. I strongly recommend getting the yearly service contract.
