Sunrun is the worst solar company you could possibly choose, you are better off finding another provider who stands by their product and service. The installation was horrible, they left the job unfinished. I called their support number to get the inverter replaced (which means your system does not generate electricity). Then here we are two years later and another inverter problem. Keep in mind unless you are leasing the system each service time is $580 dollars. If you own the system the 10 year warranty doesn't cover items that should be lasting more than 1-2 years. Disgusting!
Please stop sending sales people to my door. I have told multiple people multiple times that I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE. I have tried to be polite and point out the "no soliciting" signs they continually ignore. There's more than one - they pretend to not see them, and then pretend they don't apply.I don't care what you did for my neighbor. I don't care what deals you offer, or programs, or savings. I just want you to leave me alone. You could be 100% free Fusion energy, and at this point I still would not do business with your company.The next Sunrun sales person that comes to my door will be detained for the police to remove from my property. Please STAY AWAY!
Austin is one of the best reps I’ve ever worked with. I came to him with a huge Edison settlement bill and an existing solar system, and instead of pushing a generic solution, he took the time to understand our needs.He helped us design a second solar system that covers our current usage and future plans, and even arranged an electrical panel upgrade at a great price. Thank you to my Energy Consultant Ronda Larsen for educating me and saving me money in regards to this new Solar Paneling installation. She explained every step in perfect detail regarding the permit process etc ! Her crew came and did the installation In perfect condition . The Foreman/electrician ran his crew in a professional manner…. all my concerns were addressed and answered accordingly. SunRun is very huge on safety.I saw the checklist they had on the install papers..I was impressed.Thanks Ronda Larsen and SunRun .!!
