We used window world twice over the past 5 years. Because we have 33 windows in our house, we broke up the cost in two. Both times, our experience with this company was top notch. The latest install included a storm door. I can't say enough how pleased we are with our purchase. The guys who came out had the skills and professionalism of the best Amish craftsmen. We had 15 windows installed and all happened in the middle of winter after a snow storm. We were afraid we would need to go to a hotel or mall to keep warm while all these windows were replaced. No need!! The guys did one window at a time, taking out the window and immediately replacing it. The job took only 5 hrs and they all work and look great!. Thanks so much for everything ??
I purchased windows about two years ago and was having difficulty locking a few of them due to the cold weather and my arthritis. I called and an appointment was made In a very timely manner. Dan, the window tech arrived promptly. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business with Window World, not only do they sell a quality product, but they have outstanding customer service.
We purchased our windows about 14 years ago and they have been flawless the entire time. About the second week of January 2026 we experienced an issue with one of our windows. It needed replacement parts so we called window world their representative did an extraordinary job of getting the help that we needed to us. The weather had been unseasonably warm in January with winds eclipsing 25 mph. The top sash in our window suffered some damage that needed parts replaced immediately causing the upper sash to fall to the bottom. We couldn’t get the window to go back up. At first, we were told that there was no appointments available until Wednesday the following week. There was no way that we could Wait that long And the young lady that we spoke to, was able to work out an emergency replacement/service call for us. Mr. Lemon their service and finished came out when he was on his way home and finished his work for the day but he came and handled the situation for us.We are so excited with the service. We highly recommend window world for your window replacement need's. A++ to this outstanding company.
Salesman was pretty heads up. I appreciated his approach. Purchased based on Window World's reputation. Liked the 15 months same as cash option. Pricing was competitive and about what I expected to pay. Installers were phenomenal! They've done it a few times! Outstanding caulk work! Final product appearance A1! Overall function and quality remains to be seen. Have seen some sweat on the bottom 1 or 2" of the windows with outside temp of 30° or less. May be normal, but I wasn't expecting it. Also, water lays in the inside trough of the sliders when it rains. Normal? I don't know. Ask me about performance a year from now. Customer service follow up was excellent. Overall, I'm a happy camper, they look beautiful! Follow up on 12/16/25 - With all the recent nasty cold weather, I've been watching the windows. "0" sweating. I'm impressed! Not sure why they sweated after installation, perhaps an adjustment period. Outstanding, I'm even happier than I was before! Highly recommend!
