Good Morning. We had almost total window replacement done 2/25/26. Given that there was a surprise for us about space and placement of the windows. I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome for our home. Two very intelligent men, a father son team, removed old and installed new. The wind was awful yesterday but they were on the job and getting it done. They were very professional and were able to adjust a bit in the installation. You may not believe it, but I can absolutely feel the difference in our home. I have a couple more windows that I need done and will certainly return to Window World.. Day after I'm pleased.

The cheapest windows and the most shoddy install possible. It’s 12 degrees and we can see outdoors through the “insulated” portions of the window. Took video of the “smoke test,” doesn’t come out on phone… They leak like sieves-ALL of them. Use Pella or Renewal and thank me later. Elec bill has DOUBLED. Road noise, TRIPLED-minimum. Oh, and the installer stole something. I intentionally set it up due to a rumor and voilà, bait taken.

The crew that came to our home on January 21, 2026 was amazing. They were very professional and focused on their tasks. The job was scheduled for two days and the crew completed installing windows in one day.
