Excellent experience. From the initial home visit to discuss options by John, to the measuring windows, to the communication with Cole for updates and setting up installation, to the actual installation by Pablo and his crew...it was a seamless experience. We have several quotes and Pinnacle was the best price as well as the end result. I would HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle to anyone needing window and door replacement!!
Overall as good of an experience as I could get! The free estimate was fast, John listened to what I was asking for, and gave a fair price for the product and service. The install crew was incredible as they were extremely professional, polite, informative, and cleaned up like they were never even here. I have another 13 windows left for the back side of my house, and I will 100% use Pinnacle for those when the time comes.
Besides replacing 15 windows, I want to repair one of the existing vinyl window which has a broken glass. I interviewed four companies for the job. Three of them told me to find someone else to change out the broken glass. Only Pinnacle took the time to look at the window to check the manufacturer and the original company that installed it. I ended up choosing Pinnacle because the quality of the window is good and the price is reasonable even though it is not the cheapest. The crew who came out to install the windows were courteous and professional. They did a good job installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards. What impressed me most was that when I told them the company who installed the window with the broken glass is no longer in business. Pinnacle offered to contact the manufacturer and file a claim for me. When that replacement window came, Pinnacle came out to install it without charge. Pinnacle went beyond their responsibility to provide excellent service. I am very satisfied with this company.
Pinnacle did a very good job installing our windows. Their crew was extremely polite and efficient and they did a great job on cleanup after the installation. They kept us advised as the work progressed. The windows look great.
We had 64 windows replaced. We started with the big names and other highly rated companies, but the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Ross their sales manager won the day. No high pressure sales, in fact, when I first wanted to only replace a few windows he sent me to another company so that it would look exactly like my old windows. I was so impressed that when I changed my mind to replace all our windows, I called him back. And, I am so glad I did! First, they are significantly lower in cost than the big companies for the exact same windows, Ross is a pro just in his consultations alone and brilliant decisions on problem windows (which we had many). I didn't appreciate those decisions until after the fact when the windows were in and we were so happy! He is really an expert. He knows homes, he knows windows, and he knows people. Then, there's the crew with Pablo. He also is a professional and goes above and beyond. We had major wood rot, and I mean major, and they fixed it all. They replaced and repaired everything and you can't even tell where it was repaired, it looks so good. Did I mention 64 windows installation in three days??? There was no chaos or drama, just efficient, professional, and at the end of the project, as if they were never here. My family and dogs were basically here the whole time during installation and the crew were super respectful, never in our way, and we could just go about our business. Pablo does not stop until he thinks the work is done right. That's another thing about this company. They don't subcontract. They only use their own staff that are experts in measuring and installation. We had a lot of apprehension going into this size project and hoping that it would come out okay, but it was so much better than okay. It was exceptional. We are often disappointed with services we had, but this is one of the first times a company has actually impressed us. This is what all companies should strive to be like. Thank you, thank you, thank you Pinnacle for a job well done!
