Recent reviews often highlight helpful communication, careful measuring, and solid results after installation, including projects with unusual sizes. Several customers mention smooth coordination and timely follow-through from specific staff members. There is at least one report citing delays in scheduling and follow-up when coordinating through a third-party installer. Overall sentiment trends positive with praise for workmanship and responsiveness, alongside occasional concerns about scheduling.
Mirage windows and the well qualified installer recommended did an absolute top notch job on measuring, fabricating and then replacing all of the doors and windows in our home. We went to several well known companies before for quotes and I was very turned off by the high pressure tactics they used and absolute crazy prices quoted. Ours was not an easy job as the original builders windows had some very odd shapes and sizes and Mirage did an amazing job replicating each one and actually making them better. The windows themselves are well made and high quality and we noticed an immediate improvement in how much more quiet it is inside and the seal and finish of each window. The installer did an excellent job with caulking and putting in nice new interior trim. I would not hesitate to recommend Mirage and their installer based on good value/price, high product quality and level of customer service that they delivered.
Weird company. Honestly, the staff over the phone were very kind and polite, but how they run their business makes no sense.Mirage uses a 3rd party installer for residential, which is fine, but we had a horrible experience with them and therefore Mirage. It took about 3-4 weeks to just get someone to schedule a rep to come quote the job. Mirage would “give us a call back asap”, with no follow up. Over and over again. Finally, after a month, they told us a sales rep would come out on a weekend to quote. What a surprise, the sales rep was a no show.Maybe all of this is their installers fault, but if you partner with someone for your business they are your responsibility and it’s on your reputation.I would never do business with this company and I recommend to avoid them at all costs. Very unprofessional.Edit: Interesting owner response given the conversation I had with your secretary maybe 30 minutes after my review was published. If you recall, you guys were profusely apologizing for what had happened and how it was your fault. Singing a different tune now, I suppose you're trying to discredit my review. But to be very clear, this negative review isn't for another companies inadequacy, it is YOURS. I understand you are more B2B, but you decided to take us on as a potential customer. You could have said you don't deal with the public, but you didn't. As I mentioned in my original review, it is your responsibility to vet your subcontractors/referrals and if they fail, then its on you and your reputation.
Nikki Tona. She was excellent. Mirage is lucky to have someone like her to represent their company. An absolute pleasure to work with. Mirage and Nikki saved our renovation from disaster. Our contractor had dropped the ball and neglected to follow up on our window order. So no windows. Without windows nothing else can move forward. Nothing moving forward costs lots of money. Normally windows take eight weeks plus from the time of order to delivery. We needed windows fast. Nikki and Mirage had windows to us in four weeks! And really good windows.Nikki was in constant contact with us the whole way. Communication was impressive. Thanks Nikki. We are going to change out our windows every year just so that we can work with you again.
It was a pleasure working with Mirage Windows the Windows ended up phenomenal and they were quick and efficient with the install. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows whether it’s a new build or renovation! Great prices as well.
I usually don't write Google reviews however, after the service I received I couldn't resist...It was an absolute pleasure doing business with the Mirage Windows. They offered me a free estimate, service was quick, affordable and most importantly the quality of the windows was top notch. They by far have the best quality product for the most affordable price. I was really impressed by the customer service, and the level of professionalism by the staff working there. Thank you guys for a great job done!
