I wasted my entire morning waiting for someone to come and measure my window—no one showed up. Even worse, no one bothered to call and let me know they weren't coming.

I'm very disappointed with this lack of communication and professionalism. That said, if they actually show up next Friday (apparently the only day they handle residential appointments), I might consider updating this one-star review. They Finally fixed my window.

Not once did they consider reversing, when the entire area witnissed their egotism.
I would not use nor recommend the careless actions of this company by these two alone.
I hope you The Company control their behavior better, your public perception is dropping.
