Sam Williams has transformed many windows in my house, and restored a beautiful air tight fix to my favorite hundred year old windows here instead of trying to sell me new ones like every window company here.Most installers generally value speed over quality and I’ve seen real horror pictures online and in person from people who’ve trusted their homes to these companies. I did need new windows in my mudroom because that room had previously only had storm windows so it was both uncomfortable and ugly. Sam installed new windows that are just beautiful but it’s mostly because of the way he works, making them look like they’re original to the house. Somehow he matched beautiful wood trim so seamlessly. He’s been a perfectionist with every single thing he’s done here.I know they do a lot of commercial work with the huge glass windows and doors in buildings downtown but he treated me and my modest little house like it was a palace each time he came and both he and Riley left everything just perfect and immaculate. Also, he answers his phone!?! I can’t recommend his amazing company more highly.
I had a great experience with Williams Glass and Construction. Sam responded to my repair request promptly—even over the weekend—which I truly appreciated. He quickly provided a quote with a very fair price and followed up by measuring the window immediately.Once the glass arrived, Sam and his assistant returned on the weekend to complete the replacement. The work was done perfectly, with great attention to detail and care. I’m very happy with the entire process and my new glass.I highly recommend Sam and his company for anyone needing glass repair or replacement.
This company is the best!!! They came to our house and put in a windshield,, they were very professional, they did exactly what they said they would do with no unexpected charges, fees etc, the price that they quoted is what we paid, they were on time, very kind and helpful, everything was explained with what to do and not do after the job was finished. Would highly recommended this company!!!
Sam was great! Very professional, quick turn around time, and he did great work overall. He fixed our shattered patio door window with relative ease. If you need work done, definitely give him your business. He's been working in the industry for over 20 years and just started his own business a few years ago thus why there aren't as many reviews. Don't let that sway your decision at all though, you won't be disappointed!
