Excellent company to work with! Steve, our sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful as we discussed what I wanted and how it should look. I had 2 upper windows added to my home to brighten up the space. The installers were professional, fast and did an excellent job. The results were amazing and I am so pleased! Thanks Window Works!!

I purchased a 1926 house on Lookout Mountain GA with painted-shut windows. Window Works replaced 19 double-hung single pane and two large fixed sash windows the week after Christmas 2025. The Starmark windows look beautiful both inside and out and operate effortlessly. The installation was as good as it gets. The installers found one opening with significant rot, due to a roofing/flashing issue right above the window header. Not only did they treat the rot, adding new king and jack studs to the opening, but also fixed the cause of the problem up on the roof! I mean, who does that? The install team was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you, guys!

Window Works will always be my company for windows!! Outstanding company that gave our family an excellent experience! From the beginning all communication was clear, honest and professional. I really appreciate that this family owned business strives to give the best customer service experience. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date, they were clean, and they were careful and respectful of my property. The window was of superior quality, and the installation was perfect! I am a perfectionist and usually have to point things out to people that have been doing repairs to my home, but in this case, I was left speechless, not one thing was lacking, everything was perfect! I am beyond happy with the product and the service, and will recommend Window Works to all my friends and family! Thank you so much Window Works, keep up the outstanding service!
