I found AndRosi Contracting by calling companies that could help me with a patio cover gutter I was having problems with. The gutter was so clogged that it wasn’t draining and about to collapse under the water weight. When I told Christy, my problem she told me she would get someone out to look at it the next morning. Justin did come out. Confirmed right away it was not draining and went to his truck and got a latter. He got it draining right away. He told me it needed a though cleaning or was going to stop draining again. He said he could call into the office and get a quote to do the job. But, ma’m do you have a male in the family that could do this for you without a charge. I did and my son came over and cleaned it for me. Justin did not even charge for coming over and at least getting the water weight off the cover.Justin Thank you for your help and kindness. Over 6weeks ago I called androsi contracting company in columbus ga in reference to needing my windows screens rewired. I asked the cost and was given the amount of 35.00 each, only to learn when I got there the cost was double what I was quoted.I was also never told that they would get to my screens when they got ready. My screens stayed there for over 4 weeks, when i called after 2and a half weeks i was told by Christy that they had a large order to get out first from housing authority first and that she would call me when ready , 2 more weeks went by no call so on Friday 30may2025, I called androsi back got Christy again. I asked to speak w/Jeff , the owner. I was told he was out of town. Christy., told me she was contact me on Monday which was 2jun25. I just want to know from the owner is this type of service acceptable? It's not for me and guess what. I had to pay total amount at date I left my window screens so I feel like my money and my merchandise was held hostage and they worked my order when they got good and ready which is poor service. Christy acted via phone like they had forgotten my order which was not okay. It was service gone wrong from the word GO. This is the way I was treated and this is my experience, horrible just total deception and I am not happy at all.
I needed five screens for my home. Kristie was very helpful explaining how to take my measurements. They were very busy she said it may take six weeks to complete them however they did complete them sooner. Screens fit perfectly and I was able to enjoy some fall evening air. Without bugs.
Columbus Aluminum Screen & Door Co came out to our home in Harris County, measured our windows and created 17 beautiful screens in about a week. We were so impressed with the quality and value that we hired them to replace the screens in our screen room.
