Repeat customer multiple times. They have custom cut beveled glass for our coffee table, and replaced two windows for us. Always able to get someone to help. Only wish they cleaned the window better after replacing as I do have to get it re done on the frame.
I went to Muscogee glass about four years ago and had wonderful service there. I was filling in a pane of an old window and I broke a piece of it. I went back and they were so nice to just give me another piece knowing it was my fault. I needed new pieces of glass this year for another project so I decided to return because they had given me such great service last time. They cut the glass and gave it to me. When I got it home, I realized I had measured wrong. I called to order new glass. They were so nice to take the glass back and just charge me the difference. They did not have to do that. They could have very well charged me again because it was my fault. There are not too many businesses out there these days that give you that kind of service. And they were so nice about it. Very pleasant. Highly recommend!
We needed a window repaired when selling our home. Muscogee Glass came out the next morning to give an estimate, then completed the project in a timely manner. Their work looked good and seemed reasonably priced too. Everyone we dealt with was polite and friendly. I would use them again.
We initially started with a frameless shower enclosure from MG and unfortunately we weren't able to get it to stop leaking water at the door. MG went above and beyond trying to find a solution for us. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a semi frameless design. But in the end it worked out great.MG made sure we were satisfied and only charged us for the final installation.The process did take some time but overall they worked very hard to ensure we were satisfied with the installation. Thank you !
The margin for error on measurement for my coffee table was a lot so we brought it over. They measured it and ordered the glass. It was estimated at least end of the month into January. We got it a week later! Fits perfectly and it’s beveled!
