I went into the store to inquire about having glass added into my current cabinet doors. I was told to either send the measurements of the doors or bring the doors in to get a estimate for pricing. When I went back to the store with my cabinet doors, the front rep was very short with me. Didn't give me a chance to fully explain why I was there. She took a look at my doors and said we don't work on Un-processed cabinets. I had no idea what she was talking about. I asked what she meant. Then she replied, where are we supposed to put the glass at, we don't do wood. I thought about it for a moment and then asked her if she meant that I needed to have the center of the cabinets cut out first? She then said yes. Before I could explain that I was not told that when I came into the store the first time, and had no idea how the enture process worked, she told me I needed to move my car because I was parked in the apartment parking spaces and a car was blowing. I apologized and said I thought the parking lot belonged to there store, then she pointed out to me that there was a sign posted on the build in front of the parking lot. In my opinion, she was rude, short with responses, and unfriendly. I left with my doors, apologized to the person who had just parked in another open space, and I left. I will find another company to do business with.

Very unprofessional. Wrong measurements twice! When confronted about the issue the owner says to find another company. Lost thousands of dollars waiting on the orders to then be told to find someone else. Unfortunately does not know how to run a business. New owner as of this year barely 6 months into the business.

I have visited Diablo Glass four times, and each time, the front staff has been incredibly helpful. They assisted me in finding the right size of glass for my projects and even helped me get the contractor tracks I needed for three door closets. Their knowledge and customer service made the whole experience smooth and efficient. It's always a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend their services. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
