Stay far away from this business. I can’t believe they are even licensed. Rude, high prices, and didn’t understand the difference between replacement and new construction windows.

What customers say
A household praised patient guidance through a whole-house window order and said altered windows still arrived on the original delivery date. Feedback also includes a rude response to a quote request and one customer's concern about high prices and confusion between replacement and new-construction windows.
Customer Reviews
Sydney Cox
We replaced all of the windows in our house with West Coast Windows and Doors and everything was so smooth and easy. Kelly helped us through the whole thing, I've never thought about windows in my life so I had no idea what I wanted, but Kelly was very patient and helpful. We got a great price compared to everywhere else we looked, and it was so easy to get what we needed. We even had to change the order after we had submitted it and it was not a problem, the additional/altered windows still arrived on the original delivery date. We were super happy with our experience and would give Kelly's number to anyone we know who needs new windows!

I went there for my front door and kelly helped me to find the exact door. I would definitely recommend it to anybody who's looking for a good door and 4 door installers who know what they're doing.
