Our salesman Reid was excellent with his presentation. He worked up several options in estimates. He answered every question honestly and thoroughly. He even answered questions he had never been asked before. He was personable and professional at all times. He was receptive with our questions and apprehension without being pushy. His personality was exemplary even though we took an hour appointment and it lasted almost 4 hours. Excellent job Reid I truly appreciate everything you did.
Sorry I can't leave 0 stars. I am beyond furious with my project. Ordered 3 doors- double french front doors, a set of sliding glass doors and a single entry door in August. We were told 8-10 weeks for install. After 12 weeks, we had to call them and were told...yeah, they are here. We can install them tomorrow. Two guys came out for install. The single door didn't fit, the front doors were installed but still do not close properly, the trim they put up on the inside has black fingerprints all over it, the trim on the outside is horrible and there is damage to the house, the doors are not plumb and the hardware on the door is crooked. The sliding glass doors were installed backwards, they realized and had to uninstall them and start over, after being reinstalled the locking mechanism didnt reach the other part so they put 6 or so layers of sticky padding on it and screwed it in which did not stay. There is damage to the inside and outside of my home. They asked us to give them a chance to fix it. We said fine, cancel the single entry door since it didnt fit and fix the other 2 sets of doors. Fast forward to today 6 months after ordering they came to install a new set of French doors and a new set of sliding glass doors. The installers come today (very nice guys) they knew nothing about replacing the French doors, couldn't install the sliding glass doors because they need more materials to do so properly and brought the door we had asked them to cancel but....it didnt fit AGAIN!!! We were told we couldn't cancel the door because it was more than 3 days since we signed the contract!! This company has been paid in full by our finance company. They refuse to cancel the order and reimburse us or the finance company because we signed a contract. They say they will reorder the doors again and reschedule the install. I do not recommend Champion to anyone!
We ordered 4 windows to be installed on September 11 and we were told estimated 8 week timeline which we agreed. The installer came to install on October 23.He installed three windows. He was great.Unfortunately, the fourth window was dented. So, we declined that window. Then we were informed the fourth window was “in service”.We waited patiently, then informed it was ready to be installed the day after Thanksgiving, November 25.But, No show. No call. So, we checked back with customer service. Then again informed ready for installation day after Christmas, December 26. Because , we were happy to end the project and get closure having paid for the work, we agreed. The installer installed fourth window. However, missing screen and it slams shut.Truly Very Disappointed.Reported to customer service and would like to update our review with resolution. Thus far, not happy.Update: 1/8/26Champion called and scheduled a service with Tom to come and fix the remaining window and install screen.Tom was efficient, friendly and competent! He rectified the problem.I updated my review to reflect our satisfaction.I appreciate a company willing to correct errors and inconsistencies that occur in any business.Thank you.
We called Champion to come and provide us with a quote for a new set of doors on the front of our house. Brandon was the representative who came out. He took his time with us without pressure. He worked some salesman magic and got us a wonderful deal. And he was great with our dogs. We're excited to see the final product.Three Month Post-Installation Review: Demerit of 2-stars for installation. The door itself looks pretty good, though it came with a few places where it looks like theres already light wear on the paint, possible from misapplication or rubbing during transit. And it bows slightly inward so we have to push on it to get it to properly. What really gets the reduction in stars is that I wasn't exactly please with the installation process. The installers arrived three hours earlier than the scheduled time, so I had to rush home from work. There was no padding or even a sheet placed over our nice entry floor as they worked. Tools and nails and screws were just scattered all over our parquet floor. I found a couple of knicks and dings in it afterword. The door handle hangs at a slight downward angle rather than a nice 90 degrees. There is a little daylight visible through the bottom of the seal. And when installing the unfinished trim (they did tell us this ahead of time it would be unfinished) the installer was haphazard with the nail gun, so he sent a finishing nail straight through the brand new door jam. So now we have a hole in the jam and scratches on the inside of the door from the nail before I noticed and trimmed it down. The nail still sticks through the new jam, but not enough to scratch anything. It's a better door than what we had, but it was some shoddy installation.
Charged an arm and leg for a simple front door with a screen door. Then proceeded to come out and leave my job half done with holes and insulation showing all over the place. Went 2+ weeks without hearing a word from anyone about coming back out to finish my service. Would not recommend this service to anyone, overpriced and poor communication
