I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. They installed a sliding glass door in my condo and during the installation their worker drilled into a sprinkler pipe. That mistake caused over $30,000 in water damage to my unit.What’s even more concerning is how they handled it afterward. Instead of immediately taking responsibility and putting it through their insurance like any reputable contractor would, they’ve been avoiding the issue and not stepping up to properly resolve the damage they created. As a homeowner, you expect a company to stand behind their work and carry proper insurance for situations exactly like this.Accidents can happen on any job, but professionalism is shown in how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, there has been a lack of accountability and urgency to make this right.I would advise others to be very careful, confirm insurance coverage in writing, and think twice before hiring. Homeowners deserve contractors who take responsibility and resolve problems when they occur.

Absolutely awful experience. Do NOT hire K Line Impact Windows & Doors.I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional, disorganized company. From start to finish, this was a nightmare.The installation team and site manager had zero communication. At one point, they disappeared for 8 HOURS, leaving a gaping hole where my window used to be—completely open to the elements, unsecured. I tried to talk to the crew, but there was a serious language barrier, and they made no effort to resolve it or communicate basic information.What should’ve been a simple installation dragged on for TWO WEEKS just to put in one large window and a sliding door. The crew even left their sweaty, dirty clothes in a pile outside my condo door—completely unprofessional and disgusting. They never cleaned it up.I had drywall debris sitting on my floor for over 10 days with no update, no cleanup, no progress. Reaching out to the site manager got me nowhere—I had to escalate the issue to his boss just to get anyone to take it seriously.It’s crystal clear that K Line only cares about your money, not your experience. The lack of respect for my time, my home, and even basic cleanliness was unbelievable.Save yourself the stress and hire someone else. This company is a total joke.
