?????????? Polished / ProfessionalParadise Exteriors Windows and Doors installed a big project in my home - 13 windows and 4 doors, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The installation was clean, efficient and done with great care for my home. The windows look fantastic and made an immediate difference in both appearance and comfort. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, and the crew clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Paradise Windows and Doors to anyone looking for quality products and top-notch installation!
FINAL UPDATE: Since I received no responses by phone or email, I drove to their HQ. Spoke with the owner and he paid ES Windows the day. I should not have had to go in-person to handle this. Communication would have made this better, but I was ignored until I showed up face-to-face. ALSO, while filing taxes, I discovered that ES Windows is not a manufacturer approved for the IRS Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit. Keep that in mind if you proceed with Paradise Exteriors.UPDATE: I have to change my review to 1 star. I received a notice in the mail from ES Windows (who Paradise used to get my windows and doors) saying that they will be applying for a lien on my home due to Paradise not paying them for materials. Paradise has been paid in full by me; however, they failed to pay their supplier. I have called Paradise and emailed Paradise. They have acknowledged the notice of lien by phone (but not in writing via email). It has been 3 days and they have not provided me a resolution. I will have to pay ES Windows out-of-pocket and file a lawsuit against Paradise.ORIGINAL: I spoke with three companies before deciding to go with Paradise. Every company makes you negotiate the pricing, which is just part of the business model in this industry. So don’t accept the first quote. Paradise was not the lowest price initially, but we eventually got there after some back and forth. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Once signing with them, they were super communicate along the way, keeping me up to date with permitting, ordering, receiving, and installation. On installation day, they were relatively quick and professional. A few days later the inspector came out and said it was one of the better jobs he’s seen (that was reassuring). A few days later there was a minor issue with one of the windows getting a little firm when sliding, so they sent someone out and had it repaired without any hesitation or additional fees. The one thing we did not discuss during the ordering process that I overlooked was the type of handle for the sliding doors. While happy with what was ultimately given, just something to note when you have your appointment. I would recommend Paradise.
On September 16, 2025, I met with a Paradise Exteriors sales representative who first quoted me $113,000 for window and door replacement. After a few “calls with the owner,” the price was lowered to $82,000 on the condition that I sign the contract and pay a $5,000 deposit that same evening. I was assured that under Florida law, I would have three business days to cancel without penalty. The following day, I emailed the sales representative to cancel. On the morning of September 19th, within the three-day cancellation window—I hand-delivered the signed Notice of Cancellation to their office. Mark Hildreth, Vice President of Operations, signed and misdated the document for September 20 instead of September 19, which would have made it appear I missed the deadline. When I later checked the form in my car, I noticed the incorrect date. I immediately returned to the office, where an employee tried to white out the error; I insisted on a new signature and correct date.Despite complying fully with Florida Statute §501.025, which requires refunds within ten business days of cancellation, Paradise Exteriors failed to return my $5,000 deposit. When I called, they said it was in review and they actually have 14 days. I reached out to the sales rep and asked to investigate it , I spoke to an employee at a booth they had set up and had him send a strong message back to the owner. None of that helped me get my deposit back, until October 15, 2025,more than three weeks later,I had an attorney send a certified letter. Only then did the owner personally call and hand-deliver the refund that evening.Based on my research, this appears to be a recurring practice. Public complaints show other consumers waiting for refunds after cancellations. Paradise Exteriors currently has 37 BBB complaints in the past three years.
Professional, very clean and accommodating. The team they sent to install my new windows and doors, they were amazing. A bit of a language barrier but nothing a translator couldn't fix. The guys were very clean and thorough. I definitely would recommend.
My experience with Paradise Exteriors was phenomenal. Starting with Jonathan, he was very thorough with his explanation and you can tell he wants the best for his costumers! Not just another sales man trying to close a deal. Osvaldo and him team were the ones to go in and put the windows and wow I could not have asked for a better team! They were so polite and arrived on time! They were very efficient and careful as they removed the old glass and put in the new ones. I have attached a couple photos but since they were just installed I’m still pending the inspection which is why it’s missing the caulking.
