I got a paper in the mail for buy 2 get 2 windows, which sounded great. They quoted the replacement of 3 hopper windows and 1 double hung window. Before the discount the price came to just under $12,000, but half that a little under $6,000. Still a steep price but I like the quality of the windows…or so I thought. Fast forward to the install, the gentleman installing didn’t consider removing his shoes which he tracked dirt all over my house, he always made 6 puncture holes in my ceiling and damaged part of my trim with his saw. 2 of the 3 hopper windows were pretty badly scratched on initial installation which got replaced a little over a month after. Those same hopper windows have ALWAYS had loose handles, the repair guy blew out the screw and assured me it would be fine…it is not fine. The repair guys all didn’t have shoes covers, they wore their dirty boots/shoes all over my house. They also repaired my windows with their bare hands which got my windows and trim completely filthy… they left it like that without a single thought to wipe it off. Besides the fact that I have windows from the 60s in my house that make less noise on a windy day than these windows that cost me 6k. Absolutely ridiculous. I have a near impossible time trying to talk to an actual person without being on hold for 30+ minutes. I see and talk to thousands of people a year in my line of work and since the second time the repair guys came out I have been telling everyone who ever asks me to stay away from Champion windows. The only possible way to right this in my eyes is if I get some money back, but I’ll never see the day. So from now on, when someone asks I will assure them, anyone else is better and more professional than Champion Windows.

Mark, the salesperson, was excessively high-pressure and behaved unprofessionally throughout our interaction. When we requested contact information for recent customers to ask about their installation experience, he responded in a clearly condescending manner. He simply stated that they “don’t give customers’ numbers out,” dismissing the request rather than offering any alternative or support. I explained that many satisfied customers are typically willing to share their experiences, yet he remained dismissive. Overall, his attitude and approach were unacceptable and left us with serious concerns about the company’s professionalism.

Here is the most true review that I can offer for this company. If you are like me and thinking "hey this company looks like it has a good product" and "ohh wow they are offering me a ridiculous price if I take it right now" then read this first before you waste your time and money and potentially damage your home. 18 months ago, we signed into an agreement for some doors and a large triple window. They first installed a warped window and then spray foamed it in about a month in saying the window was messed up and they needed to reorder it. Then they proceeded to leave a spray foamed window in the side of the house for almost 17 months as they sent the wrong window twice and mis ordered it 2 or 3 more times. I have seen probably 6 different project managers, 2 of which left for other jobs I found out because when I called them, they said they left champion for greener pastures. Yesterday they finally brought the "right window" and installed it. Come to find out it wasn't the right window as it was actually the wrong window and they modified it to make it closer to the correct one (I can see the pry marks where they pried out the panes and put new ones in). We got a rainstorm today. Guess who has water running down the walls of their house (this guy). Laugh about it, learn from my misfortune. Call their customer support line and see what you will have to deal with before you buy from them; you should always do this before you buy from a company FYI.
