I had Roxy Glass come out to my residence in Danville to replace the glass in (16) of my windows. I normally don't do reviews yet I was inclined to do so due to my complete satisfaction with everyone and the products attached to this company. The folks answered the phone when I called the office, they were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. My installer was Fernando who was the best!,...hard working, clean, friendly and a perfectionist with the job he performed for us. He accidentally broke a sprinkler with his ladder while installing my office windows outside. He immediately ordered the broken part and fixed the problem, which is great customer service. I told my brother in Walnut Creek of Roxy who called them for some glass work he needed done in his home, which again worked out perfect. It’s taken three months and I still don’t have a final estimate. The project manager and everyone I speak with on the phone promises to call back within the day, but I never hear back. The owner even promised to follow up the same week and i never heard from him either. Do not waste your time with this company.In response to the company’s message below…. As i noted above, Roxy Glass can’t get their facts straight. I am not a property manager but rather the owner of the building. Roxy Glass couldn’t remember who I was nor any details of my job even though i had emailed them several times and they gave me an initial quote with my name and the property address.I’m not mad about this, there were never any threats toward the company nor were there any abusive words. I was the one to cancel the job and i thought people should know how it was to work with them. Happy to discuss if anyone wants specific feedback.
We had a broken window in our garage. I called a number of glass companies and Roxy responded very timely. They sent someone to do the measuring and within a few days, we had our window replaced. The two men who did the work were courteous and did a great job. Would highly recommend for your glass needs.
Very happy with the service I received from Roxy Glass. The office staff, Estimator Roland, and window installers, Daryl and Aaron were amazing to work with. They called in advance with their arrival time, were polite and knowledgeable. We will use Roxy Glass again. Replaced all 3 pieces of glass (we have a wood shade piece outside the window) so it’s blocking some of the photo. But really nice work by this skilled team.
