Russell Glass enclosed the patio in our Sun City home. The team was a joy to work with. All of the guys were extremely responsive to our wishes. Special shout out to John and Adrian (and all the other guys on the team) for going out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We are wholeheartedly recommending Russell glass if you are considering a patio enclosure. Feel free to come buy and look at our glass patio room if you are contemplating such a project. On of their drivers who doesn’t understand how lanes work decided it would be a cool idea to scream and cuss at me when he was obvious in the wrong. Dude clearly does not need to be on the road. By the way when you have two turning lanes and you are in the outside lane you have to stay in the outside lane or just use a blinker.
I had a fantastic experience with Russell’s Glass! Russell was amazing from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His staff was equally impressive—efficient, quick, and skilled in fixing my back patio window. They had everything handled in no time, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend Russell’s Glass to anyone in need of reliable window repairs. Would definitely use them again in the future!
Amazing experience! He fixed the glass panel in my mother’s cabinet that has been in our family for generations! It looks perfect. Also have had him do several windows in our house since. Would recommend. Good consistent communication as well!
Russell Glass has no interest in doing a good job, they don't care if they ruin your home - BEWARE.IF RUSSELL WOULD LIKE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE CALL ME WITH A SOLUTION OTHER THAN CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHEN YOU FIRST DID THE WORK. YOU NEED TO DO THISI've finally come up with enough money to replace all of the POOR QUALITY Russell Glass windows and you know what - they are about the same price as Russell Glass charged me several years ago. There is no comparison in the great quality windows I am getting from Maverick Windows, than the extremely poor quality of Russell Glass. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT USE RUSSELL GLASS.Russell Glass sold me on having their 1" IG Glass which are the big windows you see in the pictures. They are alright windows BUT Russell glass used metal framing for them that did not have a THERMOL break so when it gets 30 degrees outside I have over 130 feet of this framing that gets about 30 degrees INSIDE MY HOME. You can also see pictures showing the metal frame inside the home is 2" wide and 2" high so for every inch of this metal frame there is 4" of exposed metal. Multiply that by 131 feet or 1572 inches and you get a out of control number. Their work has virtually destroyed my home on the cold winter days. They are suppose to be the professionals. I am an old guy living in Sun City and I was taken for a ride that I cannot afford to do anything about right now. It took me a long time to afford this addition to my home to begin with. I asked the about replacing the commercial metal framing with framing that they are suppose to use and they wanted over $10,000 to do the job. When I first did the job, Russell told me to go to Seton Hospital and look at the glass they installed there. I did that and it looked good. Oh but that was just the glass he didn't mention the metal framing that they used there had a thermal break which mine wasn't going to have, that would have changed everything if I knew what they were planning to do. Why would I use this great 1" IG glass but use metal frames without a thermal break??? Very bad people who would take advantage of an elderly man. I plan on letting everyone in Sun City know about their business practices. You will also notice that ALL the windows have this metal framing around them - not just the 1" IG glass but the sliding door and other regular windows. There was no need to do that unless it just made the installation easier. 131 feet of this metal framing and there is nothing I can do but rip everything out. Shame on you Russell Glass. I hope this gets posted so everyone will see the type of work they do. Even when it is 55 degrees outside the metal frames are cold and, of course, makes the room colder. I personally think this sort of work should not be permitted, this is very bad and they knew it when it was done.Russell Glass responded to this post and wanted me to contact them so they could help me fix the problem, or as they put it "resolve the issue". Now they want $12,600 to fix this instead of their original $10,000. I don't think that is the sort of "help" your customers want. I just want everyone to know how they deal with problems. BEWARE OF RUSSELL GLASS!
