I usually do not write reviews but this one, I have to.I ordered my windows Nov 2024. Now it's Feb 2026, and I still DO NOT have all the windows from Pella. It's a joke.they delivered the wrong size windows for 3 times. and sales rep Ken told me, because I modified my order. Since when, modifying window orders for new build house is cause the Pella to deliver wrong size windows 3 times??and for past 2 months, he has been telling my contractor 'oh it will be next week' - for every single week for past 6 weeks.and guess what? the wrong size windows they delivered, they haven't even pick them up for past 6 months who knows.I would NOT recommend anyone to use them specifically this rep from Pella. wish I can give Minus star
Mediocre at best. Our windows were installed in a new house nearly 3 years ago. Inconsistent quality with the seal of the panes (how do we have dead bugs between panes?), locking mechanism inconsistent (windows don't seem to close all the way to engage the lock). Emails to contact person went unanswered (not sure if it was the Kingston office that builders used; will try again to get service).
Good luck if you ever need service from these people! They charged me over $300 for a broken shade inside a window that no longer would move up or down, and then took them five months to get here after several cancelations on the morning they were supposed to show up. Then when the serviceman gets here and installs the part, he tells me it wasn't the actual part that was needed and we still had the issue when he left. I immediately emailed them under my old ticket and email thread and nobody responded. So I called and Karen said "oh, the old ticket was closed, let me open a new ticket" and she said she would get an answer from Adam on what part was needed and told me I would need to pay again. They never called me back. Now I just tried to call them again and their automated message says they are updating their systems and the wait time is long with 45 people ahead of me in the queue! I will be contacting the Pella headquarters next to see if I can get someone who takes my problem seriously on the phone. My advice: stay far away from these people, unless you like nothing but frustration. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from Pella. Meanwhile, I have had a main window in my living room with its shade stuck closed for 8 months now and counting.

They respond to us for quotes right away and getting any order finalized is a breeze. Every order is delivered to the address of the project or to our shop from one of their personable and helpful drivers. What a great company to work with and Pella products are the BEST. We recently had some of the Windows replaced in our house. From the start, we have had a good experience, beginning with the sales representative who was well prepared and knew the product and the pricing, including advertised discounts well. I was really sold when the sales rep brought a sample window in to demonstrate the quality of the product and its features.After the initial sale, another technician showed up to measure the Windows more precisely since all windows are manufactured afterwards and are not stock items. An installation dare was then scheduled.A few days before the scheduled installation, we did have to call to verify, and we did get a follow up call.We were very impressed with the installation team. They were here on-time, friendly and worked well together as a team. Their workmanship was excellent and they were very efficient in doing the job. They cleaned up afterwards.The Windows are very nice looking and so far (although only a month old) work very well. The house is warmer and its appearance both inside and outside is much improved.Based on our experience to date with the sales and installation process and the quality of the Windows I would highly recommend Pella.
