Everyone who was involved with our purchase was amazing. Mr. Billy really knows his stuff and went out of his way to get us set up. The lady who called me to schedule was super nice, and Mr Dennis's installation crew did an amazing job. I couldn't believe they got all 17 windows done in just around 3 hours! My house looks like a totally different home. I would definitely refer anyone to these guys. I just wish I would have thought to take before and after pictures.

After this post Window World immediately contacted me and sent a technician that very afternoon to fix the problem. It could not be resolved that day, but when they determined what the issue was, they corrected it immediately.
