They were the most reasonable, and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell us something. We were so glad that we chose them. They were professional, punctual, easy to reach, and just solid humans. Before they left, they reminded us to call them if we had any problems. We had to have our home windows re-installed which fortunately Brandon & Brett & crew came to the rescue. They did a fabulous job, not only the windows but new interior trim, casings and sills! Wish they would have been the installers the first time. We were so happy and satisfied! They also recommended and installed new front and rear entrance doors. We highly recommend them! Their skills knowledge and abilities are in the utmost!

Just recently they installed a new roller screen in our 10 yr old storm door. Due to inconsistent parts and pieces from the manufacturer it made it more difficult but they were so patient and completed the job. Thank you so much for your professional persistant work, very impressive!

I had a window that was suspected to be the source of a leak that affected the garage underneath the window. I called Colorado Window Experts and spoke with Brad and Brandon. The following day Brandon came out to take a look at the window. He was the first window installer who could come out out of several that I called. Brandon predicted that the builder grade window might not have been put together correctly. The bottom screws might not have been sealed for water tightness. I had to leave for a vacation the next day and Brandon said no problem. He would send the estimate by email in 2 days. The online system used by Colorado Window Experts made it very easy to receive and approve the estimate, and you can also pay for the invoice online. I did all these from my hotel room while I was away on vacation. Everything was super smooth and Brandon was very responsive to my question via txt or phone. He just installed my window today and we confirmed that the old leaky window was not manufactured correctly : the manufacturer installed the bottom screws too tight that it damaged the rubber seal causing water to leak during heavy rain. We are very happy with the service and pricing that we get from Colorado Window Experts. We will definitely call them if we need more window repairs or replacements.

The process was seamless starting with when they came to discuss our needs to when the last window was installed The timeline they stated for the project was accurate. We really appreciate how they paid attention to the small details which ensured the windows look and work beautifully. Plus, when all was said and done, we have amazing, spotless, high quality windows, throughout our house.
