Just had a full house window replacement and one storm door. I received estimates from 5 companies and chose American Window with no regrets. The whole process was very easy. Kevin provided multiple estimates and options and I was able to get a better window for a better price than other companies gave me for less quality windows. The installation was extremely professional. Everything was cleaned up. The outside framing installed on the windows was not something I was expecting and it made the windows look beautiful. Kudos to the Storm door installer as well because he helped fix another door I had that had a gap due to the house settling, which he didn’t need to do. Highly recommend this company for your windows. Best price, service, and workmanship.
I had an excellent experience with American Window & Door. I ordered a triple-pane, vinyl window to help with street noise for my bedroom, and security doors to also help with noise, add security / insulation and protect my interior doors from the elements. Kevin came and did the measurements, he was great to work with and super knowledgeable. From there I worked with Marla in the office on the order and coordinating the installs, she was beyond helpful throughout this entire process! The installers who did both the window and doors did an amazing job, everything looks beautiful, and when they were done, you would never even have known they were here. The door installation had to be inverted, due to my patio railing being in the way of the door opening (pictured), and they were able to accommodate this without issue, for which I was super grateful. Chris, who installed the doors, brought to my attention that there was a small scratch in one of the doors. He coordinated having the door re-powder coated before completing the install, which only took about a week. I appreciate them going above and beyond like that. I HIGHLY recommend using American Window & Door, they offer so much and are such an amazing, local company. I got several other quotes, but I chose them because not only were they affordable, they were just friendly and very easy to work with.

And my new custom picture window with casement side windows and new French doors to replace a sliding door are awesome and just what I wanted. The whole crew is friendly, the installation perfect. Getting new windows installed on your house is quite the undertaking. After watching several YouTube videos from Houston Window Experts they recommended American Window and Door. Kevin came out and did our measurements/quote. Was not pushy at all and helped us dial in the exact look we wanted within our budget. Marla is easy to work with in their office and communicates clearly and often in the whole process. We had a little hiccup with the trim coil, but when their team came out to install we decided to change last minute anyways and they accommodated (THANKFULLY)!!! Needless to say, I’m thankful we went with American Window and Door and will look to work with them in the future. Competitively priced, professional, clean, and no complaints. Plus you’ll get TONS of compliments on your new windows from neighbors and friends. On a side note, my parents went with a different “major” company at the same time and I much prefer our Quaker windows to theirs which were over $10,000 more for less windows! Not worth it in my opinion. Go with American Window and Door and you will be pleased!
