We ended up working with Ramco due to another local company not being able to complete the work as they had promised. And we’re glad we did! Not only were they able to walk us through the process, go above and beyond when they found hidden wood rot and complete extra work for us, they got it all done quickly at a really great price! They even were able to provide a better quality and better looking patio cover than any other company we talked to (and we talked to many different companies). Whenever we had questions, Les made sure to answer them. I would definitely recommend them!

The owner Les and Brad came out to my house to provide an estimate on custom windows and a door. These 2 gentlemen were so personable I made a decision on the spot. The price was affordable. It didn’t hurt they were also very nice to look at.

Completely in half. I called a few window repair/replacement companies and found Ramco to be what I was looking for. They offered the best window (Champion window) for the lowest competitive price in my area.
I'm looking forward to installation day and will follow up with another review after everything is compete!

I cannot recommend this company to install vinyl siding. Since I signed the contract in September 2020, this has been a huge headache and absolute disappointment. Start date for install was expected second week of December 2020, but with multitude of excuses the project finally started 25 February 2021 and completed 9 March 2021. Since then the installers had to return at least NINE times to repair siding. Yes the company kept their word about sending a crew out to fix stuff but the installers would only do a quick repair. Attached are pictures of everything that went wrong and still going on. Supposably a warranty claim was approved but there is no action from the warranty claims department nor RAMCO to indicate that a repair is coming. I have reached to the owner and was told to contact the main business phone during normal working hours and that he will forward my information to his staff.

UPDATE: As of today 27 July 2022 the only person that has reached out to me in regards to the warranty is David Ray a RAMCO rep. I have attached updated photos showing how much the vinyl has separated since I wrote this post.

UPDATE: As of today 17 August 2022, I was informed it will be another 4 to 6 weeks before supplies will be delivered.

UPDATE: On the 4th and 5th of October RAMCO installers and project manager took down three sections of vinyl and replaced with new vinyl siding. The 6th of October I noticed one of the panels that was just replaced started to detach. I contacted David Ray and sent a photo. We scheduled a time for the crew to come back out on the 19th of October in the morning. This morning the 19th I asked twice when is the expected time of arrival. I was then informed they won't be able to come out until lunch time. I informed David Ray that I was scheduled for the morning and I cannot keep missing work. Between the 4th, 5th and this morning I missed 19 hours of work for them not to fix the issue. I contacted the owner about my concerns and at 10 AM I get a phone call from the owners secretary stating that Les Stone got my text message and that he is at a conference and he will contact me Friday to discuss.

UPDATE 22 OCT 2022. I was told by RAMCO that Les Stone the owner will contact me this past Friday after he returns from his conference. I was not contacted by him or the project manager. So if you are looking for a company to absolutely blow you off and provide excuse after excuse for not fixing the poor installation of siding this is the company to go with.

UPDATE 27 OCT 2022: Jay, Richard and a third person showed up this morning to repair the same three sections again. When they completed whatever band aid fix they had in mind by 0945 the siding in two sections began to detach by 1:15 pm. Contacted both the owner and project manager via text message and they still have not responded.

I highly recommend anyone looking for vinyl siding absolutely go with another company. The owner, project manager and installers (Jay and Richard) are only there to throw the material up on the walls as quick as possible and with the least amount of quality craftsmanship and quality control.

Here is an update 2 DEC 2022. The owner and installers came out to repair the same vinyl issues. Their fix this time is to screw in the the vinyl siding into the J-channel to keep the vinyl from unlocking from the J-channel. I was then asked by the owner "to pray over my reviews and to take them down." After careful thought, I cannot in good faith take down the reviews. If by chance all these issues had been fixed the first time then yes I would. However dealing with RAMCO with repairs since March 2021 has been more challenging and stressful than my multiple deployments overseas away from family.
