They were very knowledgeable and respectful. They were very friendly and were great to deal with. Keoni and Manny were very professional and very personable. They did a great presentation and the price that they offered was very reasonable and affordable. Even though we were not able to go through with the service currently, we will recommend them to our family and friends.
The time has come to get my roof replaced.Using local businesses is very important in my community.Gracie R. and Danielle H. were so helpful in introducing me to DaBella and their products. The warranty, quality and product availability are all positive points. The effort that Gracie and Danielle put in to inform me is commendable. They were respectful, professional and punctual. They worked to get me what I needed that is acceptable to my home insurance and affordable to me. These are 2 very important issue for the area I live in.
The way DaBella goes about its business practice is very predatory. The two gentlemen that came and inspected the roof were very nice and knowledgeable but they were definitely salesmen. We had great conversations and they explained the products very very well. We are selling our home and need to get the roof done as soon as possible because we had a windstorm come in and destroy the roof, we were not looking for the most expensive products they had, however when they gave me the initial cost of $32,000 for a house that is 1000 sq ft, very very basic roof, I realized very quickly they were not being buyer friendly. One of them kept calling the boss to see what kind of deal they could make me which I’ve seen these tactics with many overpriced sales business models. They make it seem like you’re getting a KILLER deal and yet it’s still double to triple what you should pay. After multiple phone calls to the boss they were able to get the cost down to $22,000 which still seemed excessively high considering just over a year ago we were quoted $10k. They also bragged about all the resources being made in the US so we didn’t have to worry about tariffs or fees going into the cost of materials which really doesn’t make sense as to why it’s so high. I had another local company out the same day for a second opinion, he immediately told me that with all the wind damage and the fact the the current shingles on our roof are no longer available, our insurance will cover the entire cost of replacement and it would cost around 10-12k. The next day I got a phone call from DaBella offering all these “new” promotions and I informed them we would be going with another company as it’s WAY more affordable and they can get it done way sooner than DaBella had offered. They then called me 3 more times in the same day and I asked them to remove me from their call list and explained our situation. The next day I received another phone call from DaBella asking if the can go over more options and I again asked them to please stop calling. This is not a friendly local company, it’s very corporate and they refuse to stop calling or pressuring you to make a purchase. I had zero intentions on leaving a negative review until I received an influx of calls offering BS deals and still being more expensive than any other local company.
We had an amazing experience. Chaz, our salesperson, was very professional and knowledgeable. Our windows arrived when we were told they would. Our installer was very professional. Since our windows were installed, we have noticed that our furnace is not going off as much. Our experience with DaBella was exceptional.
Patrick was a tremendous help in getting us a very fair price for our new siding and a new roof for our garage. We were able to get the siding installed this summer and are very pleased with how it turned out! The house looks like a new house! Lolo Peaks roofing did the installation and they did a great job. Caleb came out to show us a new roof and the value was exceptional and the exclusive products were amazing!
