Truly above-and-beyond customer service. My rear-view mirror broke off and badly chipped the windshield, and I was dreading having to replace the whole thing. They fit me in last-minute without an appointment, assessed the issue and explained the underlying cause, and fixed it quickly. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and *incredibly* generous with their time and energy. Even if it takes a little time to get your car in, it’s worth waiting for people you can trust to do the job right and not try to upsell you. I could not recommend Glass Doctor of Missoula more highly.
So I don't know what happened. They have repaired two windshields for me. They were so nice and professional. I recommended them to everyone. I tried to call to ask for a quote to replace a window for my house and was told well how much does a trip to Paris cost. I said I don't know. He said exactly. So we tried calling with measurements left multiple messages no one has called me back. My husband went down to talk to them and everyone had appeared drunk and partying. Said to call and leave a message because he didn't know and couldn't quote a replacement cost. I don't know if they got new people or not but their professionalism is truly suffering.
Dropped in around 10am today for a chip repair and fairly certain I was helped out by Steven! I had called the day prior and they had availability next morning so that was a great turn around. I had my roommate follow me because I wasn’t sure how long it would take and intended to leave and come back. I ended up sending them home because it took the glass doctor just under 15 minutes to fix the chip and I watched and chatted with him while he did it. Got my windshield here 6 years ago and have had 2 chips repaired by the shop since. I got my first major chip repaired about 2 years ago here and the crack hasn’t spread. Can’t recommend enough for timely, friendly, and affordable service.
I was more than happy with my experience at Glass Doctor of Missoula. Steven was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their rates are very competitive. I paid almost half of what Safelite wanted to charge and for higher quality glass no doubt. I dropped my car off at 8:00 and he was done before 10:00. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but if so, I'll definitely go back. Highly recommended. ?? ??
Giovanni answered my call promptly and helped me figure everything out with my insurance company. He even stayed on the phone while I talked with them to be sure every step went smoothly. He was very helpful, and professional. The installer, Chris, came to my home right on time. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job. It was wonderful to not have to go into a shop to get my windshield replaced, what a time saver!
