Well made product. Their windows are high quality and exhibit great durability. The representatives were helpful and responsive. They provided windows and sliding doors for 17 townhomes and I am very satisfied with the results.
I stopped by Pella today to drop off a business card (I clean windows), and Kylie ended up helping me. She took the time to show me how Pella windows with shades built into the glass work, and how to open them up to clean the glass inside. This was super useful information and she went above and beyond to help my own knowledge progress. Great customer service and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of some new windows!
Fantastic experience with Lee of Pella Windows. We bought two Pella triple pane sliding doors. The quality is awesome. The reduction in noise from outside is outstanding. We can already tell that these doors will save much money on heating and cooling costs. Highly recommend Lee, as well as the install crew which did high quality work. A+++
We’ve been installing pella windows and doors for about 8 months now for their clients and they’re definitely worth every penny. Matt and lee are super nice salesmen and Becky is also great in the office! Since starting to do their installs I realized I really liked the product and replaced my own 70’s windows with the pella fiberglass and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service and is also great. If there’s ever an issue with quality they’re on top of it right away sending norm out to fix the issue. I’d highly recommend pella windows for any new build or replacement in an old house.
