I've been a customer at Lyndale Glass for over 11 years now, and I felt compelled to leave a review today after getting top-notch service as always. The staff treat me so well and are some of the friendliest people you could meet. When I need to go in for needs that I know aren't very profitable for their business, or even with questions or inquiries, they always make me feel so valued with their kindness and urgency. There's a reason that I've been coming back for so long and will continue to give them my business. I can't thank these guys enough.-Evan
Moved into a house that had a fogged window. Lyndale had us bring it in to measure and they ordered us a new one that came in less than 2 weeks later. Brought our window back in and they replaced the glass, all for under $300. Painless and reasonably priced!
I was very surprised, impressed and very satisfied with their awesome service. Lyndale Glass.2 days ago ( Tues. ) I called Louis auto and residential glass in the afternoon, and didn’t hear back that day. They called me 2 days later. ( Wed. ) So the next day I went to Louis auto glass. I needed a 27” x 27” piece of glass cut. They told me it would be a couple of days. ( Thurs. )I called at the end of the day to check. Still not cut. Friday morning at 10 am I called still no glass cut. Then I called at 3 Pm. They said it will be Monday now. Because they had no glass cutters. They went home. Then some guy got on the phone and said if I could wait until tomorrow, or Monday. So I called Lyndale Glass at 4:40 PM on Friday and talked to them. I explained to them that I needed a 27” x 27” glass for my 100 year old father in laws garage. That I’ve been waiting for days now for Louis Glass to cut, and still not done. Lyndale glass said they would cut it right now if I paid over the phone and leave it outside for me to pick up after hours. So needless to say. I paid for it over the phone and went down and picked it up shortly after they closed. I’ll be going to Lyndale Glass from now on. Plus they were cheap than Louis Glass. Thanks team Lyndale Glass
Lyndale Glass installed 2 Solatubes last year. Scott came out and we discussed the situation and placement beforehand. There did not seem to be a problem with where I wanted them. He did NOT look in the attic and tell me the exact location was dependent on what was found in the attic. He did NOT tell me they would be drilling holes in my ceiling! To my horror, I saw with my very own eyes the drill coming through the ceiling! When the installer came to replace a filter, I was not home. A beige patch material was spread over the holes on the white ceiling, making the holes much more visible. Scott offered me $300 off the remaining balance based on a $200 quote-to-fix (without seeing the on-site situation) from a sheetrock contractor he apparently knows. I got a licensed contractor to evaluate on-set and give me a quote to repair the ceilings in the 2 rooms. He quoted $500 to $1500. Lyndale Glass still offered me only $300 off their bill for the repairs and denied that they made the holes. The installers apparently denied making the holes. Lyndale glass accused me I was "changing my story". They refused to cover this with their insurance and if I didn't pay up, they would report me to collections. That's it.. Good luck!
