I could not be happier with my new Kitchen from Precision Window and Kitchen. From the beginning of the design phase to the install, they are so experienced and were able to show me a vision I didn't know existed. The quality of the cabinets and features are exactly what we needed for this project. In addition, we also had windows custom designed and doors installed which we are extremely happy with!
I had placed an order for basement windows mid October 2025. I placed a deposit of 850.00 and was told it would be 2 weeks for the windows to be delivered and then another 2 -3 weeks for scheduling the install ensuring me that the windows would be installed before winter. The beginning of January 2026 I began reaching out calling for over 3 weeks. Spoke with a Kelly who said she would have Ryan Pereira call me. Called again spoke with Ryan’s brother who assured me that either his brother Ryan or he would call me back. No call. Called again spoke with Kelly and asked that someone call me as I want my deposit back as I don’t want to do business with people who lack customer response. She said she would have Ryan or the owner call me. And yet nothing. Thankfully I placed the order on my cc and have gone this route of getting my money back. However I am very disappointed and want to warn others of this business’ ethics. I would give them no stars but it won’t let me post without giving them a star.
Joe and Nick were extremely helpful and fair. I just bought a house and had two broken windows- I work 8:30 to 5 and they offered to come to my work and pick up the windows and then bring them back to me when they fixed them.Pricing was very fair and again Joe and Nick are so nice and went above and beyond for me. Will definitely be using them again!
Joe and Nick where great to work with! My new kitchen is a dream, mostly due to my beautiful cabinets from Precision Window and Kitchen! Their experience and professionalism helped guide me through the entire process. Once installed, they followed up to make sure everything met my expectations, when in reality, they exceeded my expectations and at half the cost of my other quotes! I wouldn't use anyone else for my future projects!
Joe and his team are very professional and helpful. First time homebuyer, needed all new windows. Special order due to HOA requirements. Install team was great! All this AND price was lower than other companies that quoted me. I'm in need new doors too. I will certainly be giving Joe a call when I'm ready.
