This was by far the worst experience of my life hiring these clowns. I'll start off by saying do not trust these people everything is a lie they want your money and thats it. First day on job they cut my pool wire, there has been many issues, without my permission they even broke a corner of my concrete garage pad that I hired a company to pour only 5 years ago. All weather stripping and joist tape was a must guess what i paid for it but i didnt get it! I have text before any work begun I went kinda back through everything by text so i had it black and white after they tried dropping off wooden railings.They tried to rip me off on the vinyl railings that was another must, the porch not being wide enough that was another must, everything that i said was a must they tried or did take that from me. The porch they built is smaller then what I asked for. One railing is not up to code a toddler can go right through the railing and fall in pictures is the measurementsof gaps. There are stairs not to code some measurements 8". I went out every night after work with a head lamp to clean up there mess. They piled all there dirt up against my pool and refused to remove it i had to crawl under and dig dirt and mud laying on my chest mind you im 50 years old (getting a little old for that) They was drinking on job after my neighbor gave them alcohol without my permission. They damaged cut my pool cover. There are so many issues to go on about i dont have time right now. I am in process of filing a report with the BBB. Yesterday they came to house and wow I have never in my life seen or heard contractors act like this they was accusing me of stealing lumber, calling us liars they made my fiance start crying then wouldn't stop after she told them to stop. They ended up getting so out of control they quit the job and they are not even done with the porch there is still no railings on balcony knowing I have a autistic child in the house this is a very dangerous thing to do to us the room with balcony door i locked it up with padlock but very dangerous. There are boards not straight, they stole one of my brackets and used it and think they are charging me for it. We are now going on 4 months past the finish date. Yesterday they walked off the job saying the are 100% done and they will get 100% payment. They refuse to fix any of the issues and they refuse to finish the job. Jason and steve are the rudest ignorant people i have ever met. As they was leaving it was such a joke walking away yelling to himself call the lawyer call the lawyer put a lein on the house. Like grow up people why not just finish your job that you was hired to do fix any issues for your customers get paid and move on simple as that. Buyer beware after reporting to bbb and i set appointment with my attorney I will come back here to update if they finish the job or if I hire another company to finish this job.
