Lana, Albert, Tyler and their installation team (Pedro, Xavier, David and one other whose name I didn't get) was absolutely fantastic. Lana is an engaged owner and is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and the work that needs to get done. She was so good at recommending different window styles that would elevate the look of our home plus improve insulation, meet fire requirements. As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret.The installation team is amazing. I can't sing enough praises. They are very detailed, very respectful, work hard and their clean up job is Impeccable! We've done a lot of remodel projects and I can easily say they are our top 2 contractors in terms of how clean they left our home. There was inevitable dust, but they cleaned up all scraps, trash, etc that most people wouldn't even know we got work done if it wasn't for the new stucco around our windows. We are very happy with the install and how much our home has been elevated by the new windows.Not just this, but the install team was very proactive in telling us some minor things that broke during install and immediately told us to talk to the front office for replacement/reimbursement. When we also noticed a couple of things that weren't working properly, they followed up quickly to let us know the new parts or fix was on the way.We would recommend Integrity windows in a heart beat. Like their company name indicates, they truly work with so much integrity and we felt we were in good hands.
FANTASTIC COMPANY TO WORK WITH !! Family-owned, truly lives up to their name INTEGRITY windows, they go above and beyond whenever possible. Most importantly, the contractors they employ are excellent workers who did a great job with all of our windows. Fair prices at different price points, straight-forward process, even got a sweet rebate deal that the manufacturer was offering during the holidays. Replaced all the old windows around the house that were from the '80s just in time before that sweet winter fog rolled into the valley this year. Very satisfied doing business with this team!
I was looking for a Front door company that’s a one stop shop. They don't subcontract out the work it’s all done in-house. Working with Tyler & Albert was a great experience. Customer service is their quest for excellence. This company also does garage doors. So I highly recommend these folks, you won’t be disappointed!
Integrity windows team is a pleasure to work with! In my case, the project was relatively complicated - essentially, they replaced most of the wall with a giant sliding doors/windows. This included new header beam, stucco work, deck reassembly, and relocation of several electrical sockets. The team worked as a clockwork, and executed flawlessly! Thanks to David, Pedro, Albert and Tyler - great work!
