Window shopping is a conundrum of sales pitches, ploys to get you into what "needs to be sold" or misinformation. We went through several quotes from reputable large companies. One was literally priced at one third of what we paid for our house. Absolutely insane! My wife and I did many hours of research. We knew what we wanted. A good quality middle of the road window in black frames. We didn't care about tint, some rare unobtanium gas between the panes, frames made from Jupiter metals or glass that could handle the flame of a torch. We just wanted affordable good quality windows that stood out over the generic ones we were being "pushed" into by the competition. After many hours looking online, we found this amazing family owned business that prides itself on quality, customer service and superior installation services. Bliss Brothers was also recommended by a leading national window company in Houston Texas. David of Bliss Brothers came over and listened to what we were looking for. We never felt we were dealing with another sales pitch with the suitcases of window samples and heat lamp tricks. David gave us his honest opinion to what we were looking for. He recommended a window brand that had stellar reviews. His pricing was honest and fair. His presence put my wife and I at ease as you can tell he just really wanted to help. We agreed to his window package and in about 4 weeks, they were in their hands and ready to be installed. Bliss Brothers work crew did a fantastic job of installing. We did not find any dust or remnants of the old windows despite our home being under renovations. They still cleaned up and gave our place the utmost respect.Bottom line, we are over the moon thrilled with the product, the installation and follow up.Thank you David for an outstanding experience!
Our home was originally constructed in 2015 and we are the second owner purchasing in 2019. One of the things we have observed over the past couple of years was how poor the quality of the double pane windows was lacking. Heat and cold transferred through the glass and two windows recently developed defective seals allowing moisture to develop between the panes.After researching numerous we contacted David Bliss of Bliss Brothers Windows. David was very responsive and came out the same evening. After walking the home David asked what our goals were in window replacements. After understanding our needs David provided several options and after reviewing a couple of them including reading reviews of the manufacturers we selected windows by Vinylmax. David had a very reasonable quote to us by the next day.David then sent a member of the installation team out to take final measurements for the order. We had discussed that the shutters on three of the upper level windows were weathered and it would be nice to repaint them prior to the new windows being installed but I had nothing high enough to reach them. While here to measure they removed the shutters and said if painted by the time the windows were installed they would reinstall them for us. Obviously this was above and beyond our expectations.In a couple of weeks David called and said the windows had shipped and weather permitting could be installed the following week. On the day of install the installation crew arrived on time and immediately began working. The were very professional and constantly cleaned up behind themselves. Towards the end of the installation David arrived and walked the install with me ensuring I had no issues or concerns. The only issue with the entire project was a missing screen for one window which the manufacturer failed to pack with the window and David has already contacted the manufacturer for its replacement.I highly recommend Bliss Brothers Windows for any window needs you may have.
Bliss Brothers were wonderful to work with. They were on time. Told me very thing that they were doing. Showed me things they found on e the window was removed. Fixed it and put the new window in. I have already given their card to a co-worker
