Presentation by Evan was great. He explained and demonstrated the product very well and answered all my questions. It seems to be an excellent product.An attempted power sale effort by his manager (Josh - per phone call) soured the experience! He said that if I do not decide immediately then I cannot work through local office. I must then deal directly with Champion and I not supporting Evan and his family???? I thought I was dealing directly with Champion’s sales rep??? It wont be Evan’s fault if I decide to go with another company. I wish Evan all the best. Merry Christmas.
I was deadset on getting at least 3 window quotes but after Evan's amazing presentation I was sold.The apparent quality of the Champion windows beat any I had seen. Evan worked with me on a price I could afford . Evan was very personable and caring, at no time did he try to get me to buy more than what I asked for and offered options to keep within my budget.
