My wife and I just had the last four windows of our house put in. We had Anderson do the first four as well. Both the last crew that installed them a couple years ago, and this current crew were fantastic. The most recent crew, Vitaly and Alex were fantastic gentlemen, who were very polite, clean, and explained every process very clearly with my wife and I. We give them five stars. And as far as rating Anderson as a whole, we also give them five stars. The sales people, the people that call you to inform you when they’re coming and the progression of your windows being made, were all very nice and very informative. Definitely first class from start to finish.
Decided to replace the French doors in my bedroom with windows of the same width, was a very simple process getting set up and financed.Pretty soon after, about a month or so, work began. The crew that came out was Jeff and Jarren, they arrived on time and went to work immediately. It was a day job but honestly I’m surprised it went as fast as it did. They did a great job and I really like my new window.About another month later the siding that was ordered came in and the crew that put it up was Sebastian and Marshall, again on time and fast. It looks great and I couldn’t be happier with process and outcome!
We had a large picture window installed today by Renewal by Andersen, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Sabastian and Marshall arrived right on time at 12:05 and had the window completely installed by 3:25 — their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive. They were quick, courteous, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They carefully removed and hauled away the old window, and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up so well it was like they were never even here. The new window looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the workmanship and service. We highly recommend them!
I had my new windows installed today. My old windows were destroyed last March hail storm. Nationwide did not cover the cost of these new windows. Jason and Gabriel were the crew and they were fantastic. I love the new windows and will be getting more in the future. Hopefully every year get one, as they are expensive.
I had two 30 yr old bedroom windows replaced and we love them. Best quality, materials, workmanship and installers you could ever ask for. The windows look amazing both inside and out.
