Excellent experience. We had 12 windows we needed to replace. Sales person was very easy to work with. Great recommendations on product. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money. Day of installation the team showed up on time. They were very efficient and did an excellent job installing. They took time to explain process and answered all our questions. Cleaned up all trash. We love the windows, the quality and the warranty that comes with it. Highly recommend Window World in Springfield MO!
