We have lived in our house for 53 years and never had the windows replaced. Keith gave us a very reasonable quote plus we qualified to get the PSE rebate. He answered all of our questions and was not at all high pressure. The crew was very friendly, efficient and experienced. They replaced 10 windows in a timely manner. CC Windows did a fantastic job on our super old windows (10 total). The crew were on time and did the job quickly and super cleanly! We were super impressed, especially since the windows they had to replace were poorly installed by an original owner, making them much more challenging to replace. We had to replace the original windows when selling our house. I found CC Window Solutions through TPU. Keith had the best quote out of three companies. The team did a nice job when replacing the windows and they look great! I wish I would have replaced them years ago!
I had 13 new windows installed at my home last spring and Keith and his team did a great job. The old windows were from 1956 and these were cut out and replaced with the Milgard V300 Trinsic series (lifetime warranty) with cedar trim added along the outside edges. All of the windows arrived exactly as ordered and the team installed them over 2 days. The team was very good at keeping the inside of the house clean during installation by moving certain items carefully and covering my furniture, lamps, countertops, bookshelves, etc. with drop cloths and plastic.The installers did a great job installing the windows along with new cedar trim boards plus very clean caulking inside and out.A couple of the windows needed warranty service shortly after the install. Keith responded very quickly to help get an appointment scheduled with Milgard. Milgard replaced a couple of the panes and everything has been perfect since then.My heating bills have gone down, the inside of the house is quieter and they look so much better than my previous 67 year old windows. The crew was efficient, and it was apparent they had decades of experience between them. They communicated with me through the whole process so I knew what to expect. They covered floors and furnishings to keep the work area clean inside and out. They took all of the garbage with them and left the property like they found it.All this, and the price was still affordable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience, and I love my new windows. I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks and probably some who don't ;)
