We had a wonderful experience with Liberty Glass, Blinds & Shades. When we moved into our new home, we quickly realized the windows didn't have screens - and they came to the rescue. Their team came out promptly to measure everything, provided us with a very fair and competitive quote, and scheduled installation quickly. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and professionally done. We truly appreciated how easy they made the entire process. Our home feels complete now, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

I had Liberty install cellular blinds throughout my house. They sent a representative to my house to take measurements, and to provide a selection guide. While there are limits to what can be viewed in the guide, they provided clear direction -- visit their showroom asking for a particular representative and the days and times that person could assist -- if I wanted something that I could not find in the guide. I did choose a few options that were readily available. The in-person representative walked through a few options that I had. He was thorough and courteous. When the blinds arrived, Liberty notified me by text and worked with me to set up an install date and time that worked with my schedule. The installer was efficient, personable, knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of my questions. While I selected the color, initially my wife was concerned that the chosen color clashed with the general color scheme for the house and furniture. We contacted Liberty again to see if we could swap a subset of the blinds. Naturally, we would need to pay, but they took time to find something that could meet our needs and worked with the supplier to get a discount. Ultimately, we decided to stick with the original choice (sometimes you just need to let something new sit in place for a while to decide if you really do or do not like it), but Liberty gave us plenty of time to decide. All around, an excellent experience.

I called for a broken window. Other places said they'd need to come out and look at it and were kinda vague, but Nichole was on the phone with me actively troubleshooting, and she helped me get the pane out over the phone so I could bring it in to save some money. The cost was about 4 times less than other places, and Liberty was able to replace it within a couple hours. Nichole was so friendly and their space was very nice, clean, and welcoming. 100% great first experience all around and I'm definitely going back if/when I need other services done!

As we were trying to sell our home, we were hit with news that 3 windows needed to be replaced with a week until close. Nichole was absolutely phenomenal in squeezing us in, working with us and getting new glass installed next day. We encountered several hiccups with vendors, and Liberty Glass was by far our best experience. Nichole knew our situation with moving out of state and even sent photos post job for my peace of mind. She went above and beyond! Will recommend them, always!

I contacted Liberty Glass to replace the glass pane on my sliding glass door, I've used them many years ago, am so glad they are still around. Nichole explained everything, set up a time for a tech to come to my home. Alex came and measured, then a few days later he returned with the product for install. Quite professional, cleaned up everything. I was very happy with Liberty Glass, highly recommend! Timing of getting everything done, working with the staff, and the price was very reasonable, far better than two other quotes I received.
