Took my deposit money in June. Still no windows installed as of 12/28/25. Have not returned repeated calls for over 60 days.Mr. Moore did contact as indicated about possible Nov 10th delivery. However, he misstates as to further contacts and his lack of response. Indicated to himn around Dec 1st that wife's health would allow delivery and installation. He did not respond then and had not returned any calls or textsAs Sept 10th was once a firm delivery date provided by him, I have no confidence in any offered delivery date. Despite requests he has failed to offer any documentation that windows were ever ordered from manufacturer. I believe in actions not words in regard to DuraSash.
Durasash went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, not just quickly. 100% worth the wait. They’re experts, extremely professional and genuinely cared about my home and the final result. The quality of installation is outstanding and the windows and doors look incredible. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend them without hesitation.
Brad and his crew did a fantastic job of installing the windows! We ordered 9 new windows in early June and they arrived about the 3rd week of August. The county inspector said the workmanship was excellent! Great job Brad, thanks for selling us a quality product. We are very satisfied with our new windows! Thanks again.
We used Durasash windows and doors for our recent installation of PGT windows and doors. PGT is a high quality product. We had 12 windows, one slider and one exterior fiberglass door with a built in window blind. The installation went smoothly and the guys were very nice and they always cleaned up after themselves. They do quality work!
I had a few companies come out to give me an estimate on hurricane windows, we decided to go with DuraSash after reading the reviews, I’m SO happy we listened to other customers of theirs, from start to finish the level of professionalism is beyond words! They gave me a time they would be here for installation and both days they were here at that EXACT time! Then when they started they never stopped, Brad and his crew clearly know what they’re doing, not only do they do their job perfectly they leave the home cleaner than they started , I have an old 1950’s house nothing is ever easy here, but Brad and his crew made it look simple ! No problems at all which is remarkable in itself , and CLEAN? They clean every smudge on the windows to the point when brad was leaving he saw a small smudge on the window went back to the window to clean it off ! I have never had such customer service like this, they clearly care about their customers. When the city inspector came he didn’t know I was at the doorway and I hear him talking to himself saying “ wow these are nice windows “ goes to the next window and says “ yea these are really nice windows “ he sees me standing there and he says “ yea these are great and they did a great job installing “ now for a city inspector to say that I know this job was done to perfection!!! I can’t stress enough how FANTASTIC this company is, I’m so extremely happy we chose them. Chelsea in the office goes above and beyond to help, they make a great team! THE BEST!!!!
