Had my slider and side windows replaced at my condo. They are beautiful and I love them. Zach and Dave were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Bedroom windows should be installed in a few weeks and looking forward to an easy installation. Would highly recommend Window Source of Tampa.

Extremely disappointed with this family owned and operated business. I called in for a quote on some replacement windows. The window quote was reasonable however the $600 dollar permit fee was not. So I called the creator of the quote to ask some questions since this was for just two windows. The representative talked with great authority claiming to have knowledge on my window requirements. He stated that at my location it was required that I have strictly impact windows only (WRONG ) Unknown to the rep was that I had recently spent many hours at the building department at Pasco County being educated by the department on replacement windows. Also unknown by the rep was that I was the owner of a Roofing Company in Chicago with experience of pulling over many hundreds of permits. I proceeded to “School” him that non-impact windows can meet code as long as a hurricane protection system covers them. Which he then quickly agreed with me. After that the Rep became increasingly combative. He then switched to try selling me non-impact windows that he states is traditionally 30-40% cheaper. We then moved on to the ridiculous $600 permit fee for two windows. He stated that they have a outside Company do that and pretty much that was that. I suspect this may be a hidden profit center for them. The conversation continued but I guess the rep got frustrated and HUNG UP ON ME. I did try to call back and I did leave a polite message to call. NEVER DID CALL BACK. As a former business owner I would never train my employees to treat my customers in this manner.

Great from the get go, salesperson was really knowledgeable of the windows,never no pressure, and when it came time for installment, the three guys were done in about four to five hours first class all the way to clean up, we love our new windows, thank you Windows source ??
